Application

Admission to the Clear Creek Music Festival is limited to 15 students.                        Early application is recommended.


To apply, please submit the following materials before March 15, 2017:

  1. Application form:   Clear Creek 2017 Application

  2. A video recording (DVD or internet link) of two pieces in contrasting styles with a total duration of no more than 15 minutes. Composition students should submit a recording of one piece on their major instrument in addition to a score and recording of a recent composition.

  3. A letter of recommendation from your present teacher, if you regularly study with someone other than a Clear Creek Music Festival faculty member.

  4. A non-refundable application fee of $40.00 (USD) made payable to Clear Creek Music Festival. The application fee will be applied toward tuition for those accepted to the program.

    Applications received after March 15 will be considered only on a space available basis.


Upon notification of acceptance, you must confirm your participation by submitting by April 15:

  1. A digital head shot and brief biography suitable for programs

  2. The full remaining tuition of $1,860.00 or a minimum payment of $600.00 (USD)

The Clear Creek Music Festival is organized under the auspices of the Cornucopia Arts Council, a non-profit organization under the 501 (c)(3) section of the Internal Revenue tax code.
