In addition to providing concerts, an important part of the Clear Creek Music Festival mission is to provide multiple opportunities for community members of all ages to be active participants in music making and to interact with the collegiate students. How to Sell a Song: teens Sat/Tues/Thurs’s 4:00-5:00
Bring a couple of your favorite songs, things you have performed or things you want to perform, and learn how to sing them stronger, more easily, and in a way that really grabs the audience. The result is fun for all. Registration includes participation in the Community/Festival Chorus to the Ferrandino world premiere.

Improve you voice while singing great repertoire. Past selections have ranged from Brahms to Bach to Rutter, spirituals, and world premiers.
This summer we complete the Scenes from the Oregon Trail saga by Blaise Ferrandino featuring flutist Lydia Kwok, oboist Lauren Blackerby (Boise Philharmonic), clarinetist Eddie Airheart, cellist Tsun Emmanuel Kwok, pianist “Q” Langman, the Clear Creek Kids, and the Community/Festival chorus. Be part of this Festival Grand Finale!

Discussions on the Arts Friday, July 19 4:00 PM Pine Valley Presbyterian Church Faith Room
An opportunity to share ideas on creating art, whether it be painting,
woodworking, crafting, music, poetry, or other forms. Learn about the evolution of Scene V from “Scenes from the Oregon Trail.” Participation is included with registration for the Community/Festival Chorus.
